7 rounds:
- 7 sumo deadlift high pull (65#)
- 7 front squat (65#)
- 7 push press (65#)
20 minutes on the elliptical*
*When using machines for cardio, I always try to do intervals in order to get the most out of my time. For example, on the stair master a typical set would be something like 3 minutes on level 10, 2 minutes on level 12, 3 minutes on level 10, 2 minutes on level 14, etc.
