Starting with 5 push-ups every time, sprint 40m, complete the following exercise, and sprint back.

  • 30 air squats
  • 30 jumping jacks
  • 30 russian twists
  • 30 flutter kicks
  • 30 turtles
  • 30 leg lifts
  • 30 jumping lunges

*followed by a round of suicides (8 lines)

4 Rounds:

  • 50m sled push (140#)
  • 45 second plank
