1 mile run

3 Rounds, 1 minute each exercise:

  • burpees
  • lateral lunges w/ jump squat
  • mountain climber push-ups
  • jumping lunges
  • commandos
  • plank (30 sec) w/ alternating leg lifts (30 sec)
  • REST
