StairMaster- 20 minutes of intervals

Overhead Squats:

  • 3 x 20 @ 45#

2 Rounds, 10 sec rest between each exercise:

  • 1 minute jumping jacks
  • 1 minute flutters
  • 1 minute hip thrusts
  • 1 minute squats
  • 1 minute lunges
  • 1 push-ups (plank for round 2)
