2 Rounds of:

  • 6 burpees
  • 5 deadlift (65#)
  • 4 hang power clean (65#)
  • 3 front squat (65#)
  • 2 thrusters (65#)
  • 1 push press (65#)

EMOM 10 (every minute on the minute for 10):

  • 7 kettlebell swings (50#)
  • 7 burpees

EMOM 10:

  • any ab exercise- switch every minute
