  • 20 squat w/ side leg lift, alt. sides
  • 10 downward dog crunches, each side
  • 10 side plank w/ twist, each side

  • 5 push-ups w/ leg lift, each side
  • 20 mountain climber twists, alt. sides
  • 15 Bulgarian split squat, each side

3 Rounds:

  • 10 superwoman push-ups
  • 15 butterfly crunch
  • 20 marching bridge, alt. sides
