3 Rounds:

  • 20 squat w/ side leg lift (alt sides)
  • 10 down dog crunches (each side)
  • 10 elbow plank w/ twist (each side)

3 Rounds:

  • 5 push-ups w/ one leg (each side)
  • 20 twisted mountain climbers (each side)
  • 15 Bulgarian split squats (each side)

3 Rounds:

  • 10 superwoman push-ups
  • 15 butterfly crunche
  • 20 marching bridge (alt side)
