  • 4 x 25 free, hypoxic

Main set:

  • 5 x 100 pull @ 1:20
  • 5 x 100 free @ 1:30
  • 5 x 50 fly w/fins @ :50
  • 5 x 50 fly/free (no fins) @ 1:00
  • 4 x 50 free sprint w/fins @ 1:30
  • 4 x 25 fly sprint w/fins @ :45

Cool down:

  • 200 easy
