Swimming- 3000 yards

Warm-up:

  • 200 swim
  • 200 kick
  • 200 IM
  • 200 pull

Pre-set:

  • 16 x 50 @ 1:00 (fly/fr, bk/fr, br/fr, fr/fr)

Main set:

  • 6 x 100 IM w/ fins @ 1:30
  • 6 x 100 free w/ paddles & buoy @ 1:30

Cool down:

  • 100 easy kick
  • 100 easy swim
