Cycling- 60 minutes 3 Rounds w/ 10# dumbbells: 15 push-ups 15 lawn mowers (each side) 15 slow up, fast down curls 15 wide hammer curls 15 push-up plank rows (alternating) 15 bent over rows 15 fast up, slow down curls 15 concentration curls (each side)

I have been MIA while traveling and am excited to get back to updating my blog! I’ve come down with a bit of a cold since being home, but I did this workout today in hopes that the blood flow will bring healing.  Cycling- 60 minutes Yoga- 30 minutes + 20 push-ups
