  • Incline 2% speed 6.0 for 400m
  • Incline 2% speed 7.0 for 400m
  • Incline 2% speed 8.0 for 400m
  • Incline 2% SPRINT 30 seconds
  • Incline 10% speed 3.5 for remaining mile

5 rounds:

  • 1 minute snatch 45# 
  • 1 minute overhead squat 45# 
  • 1 minute burpees over barbell
  • 1 minute recovery
