WOD w/ ankle weights:
- 1 minute sumo squat jump w/ side kicks
3 rounds, left leg
- 1 minute donkey half-kicks
- 1 minute fire hydrants
- 1 minute kick ups
- 1 minute side laying leg lifts
- 1 minute one-leg bridge hip thrusts
(repeat 3 rounds again using right leg)
- 1 minute sumo squat jump w/ side kicks
