WOD w/ ankle weights:

  • 1 minute sumo squat jump w/ side kicks

3 rounds, left leg

  • 1 minute donkey half-kicks
  • 1 minute fire hydrants
  • 1 minute kick ups
  • 1 minute side laying leg lifts
  • 1 minute one-leg bridge hip thrusts

(repeat 3 rounds again using right leg)

  • 1 minute sumo squat jump w/ side kicks
