  • Suicides- start with the farthest distance; after each length, complete an exercise:
    1. 5 push-ups
    2. 10 squats
    3. 15 jumping jacks
    4. 20 flutters
    5. 25 supermans
    6. 30 lunges
    7. 35 crunches
    8. 40 high knees
