Round 1 (repeat x 3):

  • 30 seconds high knees
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 30 seconds jump squats
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 30 seconds plank

Round 2 (repeat x 3):

  • 1 minute wall sit
  • 15 seconds rest
  • 30 seconds push-ups
  • 15 seconds rest
  • 30 seconds mountain climbers

Round 3 (repeat x 3):

  • 30 seconds reverse lunges
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 30 seconds burpees
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 30 seconds crunches
