  • 30 seconds squats w/ shoulder press (15# each arm)

  • 20 seconds jump squats, rest 10

3 Rounds:

  • 30 seconds reverse lunge
  • 30 seconds plank

Complete the following exercises for 50 seconds, resting 10 seconds between each:
