3 Rounds:

  • 10 walking lunges each side, 8kg dumbbells
  • 10 tricep dips
  • 10 shoulder press, 8kg dumbbells
  • 10 squats

5 x 10 squats @ 65#

4 Rounds:

  • 5 pull-ups
  • 10 ballet squats, 16kg dumbbell
  • 15 rows, 8kg dumbbells
  • 20 deadlifts, 8kg dumbbells

5 Rounds:

  • 10 chest press @ 45#
  • 10 front raises, 3.5kg dumbbells
  • 10 side raises, 3.5kg dumbbells
  • 10 shoulder press, 3.5kg dumbbells
