3 Rounds:

  • 20 curtsey lunges w/ bicep curls @ 4kg dumbbells
  • 10 tricep dips
  • 20 reverse fly @ 4kg dumbbells
  • 10 squats

3 Rounds:

  • 8 incline push-ups
  • 12 bicep curls @ 4kg dumbbells
  • 16 overhead tricep extensions @ 12kg dumbbell
  • 20 squats

10-8-6-4-2 squats @ 90#, alternating w/ 20 bosu ball crunches

5 Rounds:

  • 10 seated pull-ups
  • 20 dumbbell side bend @ 10kg

3 Rounds:

  • 20 front raises @ 4kg dumbbells
  • 15 side raises @ 4kg dumbbells
  • 10 bench press @ 45#

4 Rounds:

  • 15 outer thigh abducter @ 50kg
  • 15 deadlifts @ 12kg dumbbells
