  • 30 booty bridges
  • 15 leg lowers
  • 20 tricep dips

3 Rounds:

  • 20 front raises @ 2kg dumbbells
  • 20 side raises @ 2kg dumbbells
  • 20 shoulder press @ 2kg dumbbells

3 Rounds:

  • 8 bicep curls @ 8kg dumbbells
  • 10 overhead tricep extension @ 8kg dumbbell
  • 12 rows @ 8kg dumbbells

3 Rounds:

  • 20 goblet squats @ 12kg dumbbells
  • 20 deadlift @ 12kg dumbbells

5 Rounds:

  • 20 hanging knee raises
