  • 60 air squats
  • 40 GHD sit-ups
  • 40 wall ball shots (3kg, go heavier if you can)
  • 20 knees-to-elbows
  • 20 back squats (105#)

Push-up Challenge:

6-8-10-2

-no more than one minute rest between each set
