Warm-up:

  • 1000 SKIPS ( 200 swim, 200 kick, 200 IM, 200 pull, 200 swim)

Pre-set:

  • 8 x 50 IM order (25 fast, 25 easy) @ 1:00

Main set:

  • 3 x 200 IM build (200 easy, 200 medium, 200 fast) @ 3:30

Kick set:

  • 4 x 300 IM order (100 easy, 100 medium, 100 fast)

Cool-down:

  • 200 easy
