Work up to heavy single (205#)

AMRAP 10:

  • 2 deadlift (85% of heavy single- 175#)
  • 100 jump rope
  • 10 box jump (18″)

WOD:

  • 40 pull-ups
  • 80 squats
  • 30 pull-ups
  • 60 squats
  • 20 pull-ups
  • 40 squats

*use assistance/modify as needed

Push-up challenge:

10-15-10-15

-no more than one minute rest between sets
