Swimming- 3400 yards

Warm-up:

  • 1000 SKIPS (swim, kick, IM, pull, swim)

Pre-set:

  • 4 x 50 IM drill @ 1:00
  • 4 x 50 IM @ 1:00

Main set:

  • 1 x 400 IM drill @ 6:30
  • 2 x 200 IM w/ fins @ 3:15
  • 4 x 100 IM @ 1:45

Kick set:

  • 4 x 100 choice @ 2:00

Sprint set:

  • 8 x 25 IM order @ :30

Cool-down:

  • 200 easy
